Volunteers
WNS’ enthusiastic and committed employees make up a formidable army of volunteers globally for WNS Cares Foundation. They are enrolled as volunteers through various platforms, including the floor walks, WNS Intranet, monthly volunteering calendars, broadcasts and newsletters.
WCF has developed an elaborate infrastructure and systems to facilitate the volunteer onboarding process. Driven by a shared sense of purpose, WCF volunteers contribute ideas, energy and time to co-create lives of the less-privileged youths and help build a better tomorrow.
