Our

Purpose

The WNS Cares Foundation (WCF) aims to offer less-privileged children and youth a better and sustainable future by equipping them with education and real-life skills.

Quality education remains inaccessible to millions of children across the globe. Economic, social and geographic factors prevent many children from even attending school. Poor school infrastructure and lack of support at home lead to sub-optimal education, leaving children ill-equipped to meet the challenges of life after school. With education at the core of our agenda, WCF has developed programs to reach out to children, even in remote areas, by collaborating with and supplementing the efforts of local partners.

By imparting education that will pave the way for future employability, WCF seeks to catalyze the creation of a pool of future-ready talent globally.

WCF also enables WNS’ employees to co-create opportunities for positively impacting society through volunteering.

Learning

Center:

The Heart of WNS Cares Foundation

The Learning Center is the core of WCF's strategy to Educate, Empower and Enrich. Understanding the felt needs of target groups, the Learning Center deploys its knowledge and expertise to shape and sustain every program initiated by WCF.

Taking into account specific learning requirements, the Learning Center develops customized programs and facilities including computer literacy, libraries, remedial education, life-skills and career-oriented courses through unique, innovative formats.

WCF is committed to building an equitable society, through a spectrum of sustainable initiatives for less-privileged children and youth, guided by its three pillars: Educate, Empower and Enrich.
