WNS Cares Foundation (WCF) is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of WNS Global Services. It is a not-for-profit company under Section 25 of the Indian Companies Act. WCF’s mission is to co-create lives of less-privileged children and youth across the globe by collaborating with schools, teachers, parents and WNS volunteers.

Guided by its three pillars, Educate, Empower and Enrich, WCF offers less-privileged children a range of programs including remedial education, computer literacy, spoken English classes, educational outdoor programs, personality development sessions, art, music, dance and sports activities. It also sets up libraries to enrich the vocabulary and imagination of these children through books. WNS’ employee volunteers serve as role models and mentors, helping the children to widen their horizons and enhance their communication skills.

WCF supports schools run or aided by the government, as well as private schools with inadequate funds and infrastructure. It sets up computer centers and libraries in these schools. At learning centers, usually located within communities, children receive remedial education that helps them improve their performance in school.

In India, WCF has seven centers based in Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Visakhapatnam and Chennai. WCF is also active through its country-specific entities in China, Spain, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Romania, Turkey, the U.S., the U.K., Costa Rica, the Philippines and Poland.
